1.   33%의 마켓 인텔리전스 전문가들이 “분석”을 제공하는 것이 자신의 최우선 과제라고 답함

2.   MI는 경영자문과 정보수집 자동화 쪽으로 이행할 것으로 예상됨

3.   MI 전문가들은 다음 3가지 트렌드가 2020년까지 MI 기능에서 핵심 변화가 될 것이라 답함

-22%는 전략적 자문 역할을 갖게 될 것이라 예측

-17%는 MI 프로그램이 기업의 다른 기능이나 부서의 일부가 될 것이라고 답합

-12%는 MI 프로그램의 위상이 높아질 것이라 예측
